He has a calm, gentle and sincere demeanor, always keep me informed and follow up on every details. Always looks at bigger picture. A good, reasonable mediator to help both sides amiably work out any disagreements. On numerous occasions, he goes above and beyond his call of duty to help achieve a smooth closing. My unit was in contract two days after listing and closing was smooth and on schedule.
