Penn Valley is a town in Lower Merion Township and a very historic place in Pennsylvania. It is the home to the Penn Valley Women’s Club which now houses The Penn Valley Civic Association. Although Penn Valley is mostly residential, it offers a variety of shopping, located on Montgomery Avenue, along with smaller eateries and shops in the area which include the Penn Valley Pub, the Sweet Trading Company, and Main Line Cycles. While there are no colleges directly located in Penn Valley, there are many campuses that are near the area which include Saint Joseph’s University, Villanova University, and Rosemont College. Penn Valley is also conveniently located approximately twenty-five minutes from the city of Philadelphia making it easy for commuters to travel for work or leisure.
